Prior to commencing his career in search and recruitment in 1989, John had been self- employed in two manufacturing and distribution ventures for seven years. One of these companies was recognised as a premier injection molder of components for the Australian automotive manufacturers, leading international white goods manufacturers and air conditioning manufacturers. This was preceded by 10 years in the paint industry in a number of sales, operations and General Management roles in NSW, Victoria and Papua New Guinea.
