 Since
the company’s original inception in 2002,
what has become the partnership of John Colebatch
and Joanne Wayte has resulted in a recruitment
consultancy focused jointly on client needs and
candidate expectations.
The client base of Impact Executive Pty Ltd is
much smaller and benefits from greater levels
of intervention during all phases of the recruitment
process. It is common for many recruitment companies
to pursue high volume, transactional and database
driven activities in an endeavour to support the
much higher cost structures they have in place.
This is not the model we have chosen. We regularly
interact with the majority of candidates registered
on our targeted database. It is a matter of policy
that we personally interview all short listed
candidates. This model enables us to maintain
a competitive position in our market place.
The combination of John Colebatch and Joanne
Wayte offers a level of experience and maturity
that is often not found in the recruitment industry.
Together they boast over 30 years in active recruitment
and consulting in addition to over 60 collective
years in line management. This experience and
our model allow the provision of a significantly
greater personal contribution from the Directors
at each stage of the recruitment process.

comprehensive psychological and personality profiling
which can be included at the appropriate time
in any assignment.
